By playing Drip Drop Garden, a game by GuGo Studios ("we"), you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian. On iPhone and iPad, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies.
The game
The game is free to play. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial fun. Please don't copy, change, sell or try to break the game or its servers.
Gems, coins and other items
Coins, gems, boxes, friends and other things in the game have no value outside it and can't be exchanged for money. Nothing bought with money or gems is random: the Garden, Blossom and Golden boxes in the shop hold exactly the things listed on their cards. The free daily spin and the Seed Box, which are only won by playing, pick at random from things listed in the game.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, under their terms. Gems, boxes and the Starter Bag are used up or kept in the game as soon as they are delivered. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from.
Premium
The Premium Pass is a subscription, monthly or yearly. It gives every season's premium rewards and the video rewards without watching a video, and on Android it removes ads. The price is shown before you buy. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before; you can cancel any time in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions, and Premium lasts until the end of the period you paid for.
Changes and availability
We may update the game, change what is in it or stop it. We'll try to give notice of big changes. The game is provided "as is", without promises that it will always work without interruption.
